Pre-Arrangements
+ If you choose to make monthly payments over 2–14 years, and you die after 12 months, GMF will deliver all the services provided in your plan, even if you’ve not finished paying for it.
+ If you die as a result of an accident within the first 12 months of your plan, we will deliver all of the proceeds to your family or next of kin.
+ If you or we cancel your plan (we will refund you the amount you have paid, less any cancellation fee, if applicable).
+ If you die, a valid death certificate or certificate of burial or cremation must be provided for GMF to honor your plan in full and turn over the premium to your beneficiary. See below what can be presented.

What Is The Full Allotment To My Beneficiaries?
GMF Family Farewell Plan covers up to USD 5,000.00 to be paid out to any next of kin who comes forward with your death certificate and/or affidavit of your passing. This is paid directly to whom you have listed on file with GMF to handle your affairs.
Who Can Take Out A Family Farewell Plan?
Anyone who is to the age of an adult can take out a plan – and likewise, take out a package for his/her entire family. However, the responsibility can pass by mutual agreement to the next of kin or family friend.
Who Is Responsible For Making Payments?
It is important to understand that whoever signs the authorization for a Family Farewell Plan to proceed will be financially responsible for the furnishing of monthly payments to cover the plan and is the only person with the authority to make any arrangements with Global M Finance LLC. and in the event of accidental death, the next of kin on file will have to take over to protect the other family members.
